Short version: you pay once, you get remix links, you can build client sites with them, and you cannot resell the templates as templates.

What you buy
A license to use Framer templates made by Plainware. A single template covers that template. The Agency License covers every paid template in the catalog and Motion Pro.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and paid once on Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles sales tax and the receipt.
Delivery
Remix links arrive by email when the payment goes through. Open them while signed in to Framer and the project copies into your account.
What you can do
Build and publish sites for yourself and for clients, change anything in them, and charge your clients for the work.
What you cannot do
Resell, share or give away the templates themselves, alone or in a bundle, or publish them as templates on any marketplace.
Updates
Fixes land in the original projects. Open your remix link again to get the newest version.
