Short version: we keep your message so we can answer it, Polar keeps your order so the links reach you, and we count visits so we know the site works.

Who we are
Plainware makes and sells Framer templates. Questions about your data go to plainwaretemplates@gmail.com.
What we store
The name, email, topic and question you send through the contact form, and anonymous visit counts. Payments run on Polar, so your card details never reach us.
Why
To answer you, and to know whether the site works. That is the whole list.
How long
Messages for up to two years, then they go. Visit counts for fourteen months.
Cookies
Visits are counted without advertising trackers. Polar sets its own cookies on its checkout page, under its own policy.
Your rights
Ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it. Write to plainwaretemplates@gmail.com and it is done within a week.
